The newly designed version of the EVO is a timeless icon of the highest coffee enjoyment and technically up-to-date.
Restyling is not only visual, but also value-enhancing. A professional espresso machine is the tool of the trade that allows the barista to prepare the same perfect espresso every day. Consistency in each cup is the key to success here.
With multi-boiler technology, the temperature of each individual group can be set separately and the brew groups switched on and off separately. Ergonomic work is made possible by the hand-designed portafilter and the start-up of the steam wand with only half a turn.
The Evo2 can be ordered with the exclusive DC systems, OCS (Online Control System), MCS (Milk Control System) and GCS (Grinder Control System) (please book as a separate article).
Please note: We recommend having the Dalla Corte machines connected and installed by a certified technician who will deliver the mill to you and make the initial setup. For an installation fee, the handling of this service can be done by us.
