The newly designed version of the EVO is a timeless icon of the highest coffee enjoyment and technically with the times.
Here, restyling is not only visual, but also adds value. A professional espresso machine I the tool that enable the barista to prepare the same perfect espresso every day. Consistency in every single cup is the key to success.
With the multiple-boiler technology, the temperature of each individual brewing group can be set separately and the brewing groups can be switched on and off separately. Ergonomically designed Porta filters and the steam lance can be put into action with just a half turn.
The EVO2 can be ordered with the exclusive DC system, OCS (Online Control System), MC (Milk Control System) and GCS (Grinder Control System) (please order as a separate item).
Please note: We recommend that Dalla Corte machines are connected and installed by a certified technician who will deliver the mil to you and carry out the initial adjustment. This service can be provided by ourselves for an installation fee.
